DFW Europe Automation Team. ‘We are available at the times we are needed ?. Four men make the DFW Automation Team. Martin Dekker is their manager and he talks about the team’s vision: ‘Whenever we can, we provide service and, if possible, we solve the problem immediately.’ That sounds simple, but it entails a great deal of time and effort because there are currently many cremators in the Netherlands and abroad. ‘During our hours of operation, there is always someone of our team available when a problem or failure arises. We can often solve it remotely, sometimes just by giving the customer as much information as possible so they can solve the problem themselves. But if that does not work, we are there for them and a mechanic will go to their crematorium. We try and send them on their way as well prepared as possible so that the problem can be solved quickly.’
